I don't know about you, but I work across 3 different computers. One at work, my laptop and a PC at home. It's always been a bit of a pain transferring files between them...
A neat little program called "Dropbox" can be installed on your Mac, PC or Linux machine and basically creates a folder which is shared between them.
Pop a document into the folder on your Mac, and it'll appear in the equivalent folder on your PC. Simple as that. You can also put files in a public folder then send people links to download them.
You get 2 gigs of space in a free account, but you can pay for more.
